First, I would really like to thank Ratri and especially Dormantas from Hostinger for providing excellent support on refunding my domain. Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by your team made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to both of you. You are great assets of your Company. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, I needed funds to sustain the expenses of my family and the amount to be refunded would greatly help us in coming weeks or months until the COVID-19 is ended. With the help of Hostinger Customer Service, I would receive the refund within 7-14 days. Thank you very very much for your help and I mean it a lot because you showed us the kindness in your heart.

First of all, I'm really impressed with your service. Your support team is great and always ready to help. Plan Pricing is affordable and it's much cheaper than any other service provider & I never found any downtime or speed issues with my website, so far everything is working smoothly.

I had some issues and reached out to their customer care team. I was assisted by one mr. Domantas. He assured me that he will take care of the issue. And indeed he did. He was very transparent, He resolved my issue and also followed up to let me know what to expect. Very good service. I hope management takes note of Domantas's good work and reward him.

Hostinger rocks! The hpanel is easy to use and the two times when I needed help, the support team was very responsive. I have been using Hostinger for the last 6 months for my site (fullrunning.net/en) and I have no complaints. The guides are super helpful. The prices are good and I will definitely renew.

After careful consideration i decided to change from my former hosting provider due to a lack of support and also yearly costs increases. I was very hesitant as I am not all that tech savy and migrating over a website can be tricky. I am so GLAD that I found Hostinger and things could not have been simpler! Within a day my website was loaded and ready to go and when I had a query about how to increase a parameter for my wordpress site, i got a response within minutes. I am a very happy customer and at this rate I have no doubt that I will renew with Hostinger! Thanks everyone!

Amazing bang for the buck. Just got 4 YEARS hosting for ONLY $38 USD with FREE SSL, Good speeds, and many more nice features. Their hPanel also look amazing. Would definitely recommend this. :)

This is the fifth hosting I tried to use, and I’m pretty sure I will never try another hosting. I don’t care about the designs, the reputation all I care the customer support until I found the Support from Hostinger. They’re fast and reliable.

I love hostinger customer services. Especially Sholahuddin, his services really awesome. From the beginning I don't really like this hosting platform, and face a lot of issues . Glad to meet Sholahuddin, he helps me solved a lot and guide me all the time. Not like AI robot, like a human. Prefer this kind of customer services.
